Terms & Conditions of Special Order: Any order placed as "Special Order" is a final sale. However exchanges welcome within 7 days of receipt of your order for store credit. Multiple orders may not be combined at a later time.. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses entered or delays on behalf of the postal service.

Cancellations: Orders may not be updated or canceled once an order has been placed. Please make sure your shipping and order information is correct. We apologize but in order to fill orders as fast as possible corrections can not be made.

When do you pay? Payment is due at the time of order. 

Ordered the wrong size? Not to worry as you may return your order within 7 days.

Shipping/Tracking: Please allow 2-3 Business Days for your USPS tracking to update. Please keep in mind the Saturday & Sunday is not considered a business day. First Class mail tends to update less frequently. Unfortunately we do not have access to further information from the USPS.
Otherwise, If your order is a day or 2 behind there is no need to email as we are currently processing it. 

Lost Package? Please contact your local post office or proper delivery company. Claims could be filed on usps.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking marked "delivered". 

The first step is to contact your local post office or mail carrier as many times they may have not delivered and just scanned. The post office will look into it with the tracking since most states now have GPS location when scanned. This is helpful in case they delivered to wrong house. We have seen most packages show up after contacting the post office.  

Within 3 - 4 business days of  delivery

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
    • in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival
    • APO/FPO address please check with your postmaster as packages may take from 3 weeks to 2 months for delivery.

If the post office still hasn't found the scanned as delivered package. Then we will need to obtain a local police report of the stolen item and file a claim. Unfortunately the post office doesn't consider it lost but stolen when its marked delivered. Please contact your local post office and allow them a few days to locate the package before we proceed to the next step.

Shipping Costs? Shipping will range from $3.50 for one item to $12 depending on the size of your order. After adding to your cart a shipping quote is provided based on your zip code. We ship in the U.S., Canada & WorldWide.

Problems with an Order?
Please email info@charliesproject.com, along with Order# and/or billing name on Order. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for a response as we review ALL emails. 
Most prints are limited and only printed in small quantities however mistakes do happen, and they are rectified promptly. At times an item will be out of stock & a refund or replacement will be offered.

Returns Policy: ALL returns must have a return authorization or use our auto return process. Any items returned without an authorization will not be accepted and returned back to the customer. All returns must be shipped to address below otherwise we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please keep a copy of your tracking number to verify a return was received. We do not reimburse for return postage. For defects a return authorization is also needed.

Returns: Many items are Final Sale and each product is noted on the product page such as $12 sale items & $22 sale items. These items are Final sale, no returns, no exchanges as well as the $4.99 items. Any item marked down more than 40% or Holiday items is a Final sale item and may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns within 7 days: Please follow the auto return process. Refunds within 7 days of receipt. (Returns are only for normal priced merchandise and NOT sale items.) Final Sale items  and holiday items are non returnable or exchangeable.

Payments:
Currently we accept all major credit cards.

Returns/Defects:
Returns welcome within 7 days of receipt. Leggings must be received in same condition as received. Must have Attached tags & in original plastic bag. Must be free of any perfumes, smoke, pet hair.

We can't guarantee the same print due to the nature of limited amounts. But a credit will be issued for use on any other item. All Sales are Final.

Defects? Please examine your items within a few days of receipt for any visible defects. They do happen on occasion and we simply ask for a pic to be emailed to us and we will take it from there! Note: future possible defects are not a defect, but you may exchange.

Colors & Prints : Colors may differ on your screen than in person. We are not responsible for these color differences. We do accept returns according to our policy.

Chargeback/Disputes: According to the terms and conditions agreed to at checkout you are responsible for the cost of the product if not returned even in the even of a chargeback found in your favor. Orders disputed and product not returned will be subject to collection.

Exchanges & Promotional Discounts: Store Credit will be issued for orders purchased with promotional discounts or discount codes. The amount paid will be issued in the form of a credit or same design exchange.

Returns/Refunds/Refused Shipments
Any unauthorized returns or refused shipments will incur a restocking fee of 25% and shipping cost. Refused shipments will also incur shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Defects: Please email info@charliesproject.com along with a quick pic and we will arrange a solution.

Refunds: Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process a refund to your card. The time differs depending on your banks. Please keep in mind the Saturday & Sunday is not considered a business day.

Rewards Points: We apologize as our rewards program has expired.
